Festes de Sant Roc 2018
Sant Roc Festivities
The Gothic Quarter is the most famous and antique neighborhood of Barcelona. It organizes the oldest local festivities, so loved and still preserved in the city: Festes de Sant Roc, centered mainly on the Plaza Nova from August 14 to 18. These festivals have been celebrated every year without since 1589! The Festivities of Sant Roc are also known as the Summer Festivities of the Gothic Quarter. Just like 400 years ago, when the medieval markets used to be held, during these days you will see various traditional Catalan activities and craftsmen stalls. For a perfect accomodation, BCN Apartment Rentals offers you the best luxury apartments in the heart of Barcelona, with the best design, location, security and comfort.

On Friday, August 17 in the afternoon you can see the "Dog Fest", there will be several canine exhibitions and the greeting of the dog of Sant Roc, one of the most unique acts of Festes de Sant Roc. The day will be closed with several traditional games for children and with a dance night performed by Karaokes Band.
