Museums Night in Barcelona lasts for 6 hours and besides giving you a chance to visit temporary and permanent collections for free, yo can take part in various activities, guided tours, workshops, concerts, dance and theatre displays, video installations and storytelling. Starting at 7 pm there’s free admission to all participating museums, and as night falls many of them will be offering musical performances to celebrate the Museums Night. For instance, Montjuïc Castle will be offering concerts every hour from 8 pm onwards. At El Born CCM there’s a rhapsody and dance show entitled "La taverna del Born, Marcel Casellas i convidats" at 9 pm and at 11 pm, while 5 concerts at the Museu Marítim include performances by the Escola de Músics and JPC del Raval and the Cor Drassanes. At the MNAC there are concerts by the Marxing Band (from the Taller de Músics) and by Monique Makon, while the Fabra i Coats creation factory will be offering Luis Tabuenca’s opera Hor at 10 pm.
