This is the 5th year in a row that Poble Espanyol is hosting the Blues Nights featuring top level artists, the venue is offering small-format outdoor concerts from the most melodic blues through to more energetic and danceable rhythms. Since June 21 Blues Nights has seen performing The Flat Pack, Red Rombo, Big Mama Montse and A Contra Blues, and there’s still various concerts to see till September 27! Blues Nights at thePoble Espanyol are held on 9pm every Thursday. Here is the schedule of these months:
Thursday August 30: high-energy concert that reaches out towards rock, soul and funk by Tòfol Martínez Blues Band.
Thursday September 6: Wax & Boogie, perdorming 1930s boogie-woogie, 1940s swing and 1950s style rhythm and blues.
Thursday September 13: The Ramblers.
Thursday September 20: Big Dani Pérez & Marc Ferrer Trio.
Thursday September 27: The Suitcase Brothers.
