The gastronomy will be the main theme of the International Christmas Fair of Cultures in 2017, with well known chefs ivited and an agenda full of showcooking, tastings, samplings and workshops with dishes from various countries. For its 3rd edition, the annual publication of the Christmas Fair is dedicated to the book called "The manual to spice up the world. Recipes for parties and celebrations", which is a journey through the flavours of the world with a recipe book of typical winter season and Christmas dishes. You can learn how to cook dishes such as Quiche Lorraine from France, enchiladas from Mexico, moussaka from Greece, cod fish from Portugal or small pastries from Argentina, without leaving behind typical Spanish recipes, such as traditional ring-shaped Kings cake and others.
