Festes de la Terra (the Earth Festival) in Ibiza

Festes de la Terra will be officially inaugurated this Sunday, July 30, with an event at 9:30 pm on the Paseo de Vara de Rey in Ibiza town. At the inauguration you´ll see a car parade, a dance with the Colla de Sa Bodega and concert of the Ibiza Symphony Orchestra, as well as a meeting of artisans of the island.

The events that are included in the Festes de la Terra program start as early as Monday, July 24, 2017 with 2 trophies of paddle and basketball. The program also includes other sporting activities such as the first Women's Futsal Tournament, the Ibiza Town Aquathlon, sailing trophies, volleyball, swimming and much more.

On Monday July 31, you can enjoy the acrobatic show Fekat Circus, on Tuesday August 1, the traditional Earth Concert is celebrated, with the Choir City of Ibiza. On August 2, 3 and 4, there will be children's activities, inflatable castles, cinema and shows for the little guests. In addition, there will be plenty of concerts by local artists such as Chenoa (August 5), La Década Prodigiosa (August 4), Rels B (August 3), Lemon Emigrants and Smoking Souls (August 7).

As usual the Festival Festes de la Terra ends on August 8, 2017 with the popular evening snacks in Puig des Molins and a great Firework´s show at night!
