  If you need to check in / out before or after these hours, you must apply at the time of booking. These options are subject to availability and may have an additional cost.

• Cancellations
  Flexible Cancellation Policy
  

  Reservations can be canceled without charges up to 8 days before the arrival date. 

  In case of cancellations after the deadline or no show we will proceed to charge 100% of the amount of the reservation.

   

  Non Refundable Policy
  

  Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

  In case of cancellation or modification the prepayment will be non-refundable

  Final Cleaning Fee: 90.00 €
  Refundable deposit: 500.00 €
  Tourist tax: 5.50 € / person / night.
  Sheets and towels are provided upon arrival, included in the price.

  We guarantee that an in-depth cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products that have been tested and recommended by the Ministry of Health for their effectiveness. 

   

  We provide you with a Welcome Pack with basic cleaning products. As well as a complete guide to the house, where we also include our tips and recommendations for visiting Barcelona and help you plan your stay. 

   

  We have trained staff to answer your questions and help you at all times to tour the city in the best way via phone, Skype, email and / or WhatsApp

   

  We provide a 24-hour emergency phone number.

   

  We offer Wifi service. 

   

  We can provide cots and high chairs on request, for the little ones.

   

  Please note that the tourist tax, 5,50€ per person over 16 years old and per night for a maximum of 7 nights, is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on the day of arrival. 

   

  Finally, the official check-in time is from 15:30pm to 9pm. For arrivals after 9pm and until 2am, supplements will be applied.

   

  Please inform us of your arrival time in advance before the day of arrival. In case you have not informed the time to facilitate the organization there could be extra waiting time.
