About this apartment

RAMBLA CATALUNYA CHIARA, is a comfortable and elegant apartment whose modern decoration has been carried out giving prominence to the original materials. It is an apartment of 115 square meters with capacity for 6 people that consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.

The apartment has 3 double rooms and is located on the second floor of one of the most emblematic buildings on the Rambla Catalunya.

Just one street from our building is the emblematic Pedrera of the Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí, as well as other works of the same such as La Casa Batlló can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

The apartment is equipped with all the utensils you may need. Sheets, towels and hair dryer are included. The kitchen has all the utensils for your daily use. It also has a washer / dryer and dishwasher.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: FROM 1 TO 3 MONTHS, HALF A MONTH´S DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. FROM 3 TO 6 MONTHS, ONE MONTH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. FROM 6 TO 11 MONTHS, 2 MONTHS SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED

PASSPORTS AND A CONTRACT SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL.

Reservations canceled or modified less than 45 days before the date of arrival we will proceed to charge 100% of the amount of the reservation.
