About this apartment

RAMBLA CATALUNYA LORRAINE is an apartment of about 70 meters with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

It is located on the 2nd floor of one of the most emblematic buildings of Rambla Catalunya. Our decoration team has given it a fresh and natural style combining noble materials with modern elements.

The apartment is already equipped with all the utensils you may need. Sheets, towels and hairdryer are included. The kitchen has all the utensils for daily use. There is also a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: FROM 1 TO 3 MONTHS, HALF A MONTH´S DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. FROM 3 TO 6 MONTHS, ONE MONTH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. FROM 6 TO 11 MONTHS, 2 MONTHS SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED

PASSPORTS AND A CONTRACT SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL.

Reservations canceled or modified less than 45 days before the date of arrival we will proceed to charge 100% of the amount of the reservation.
